I don't see the first step. Can you say where it was again?

This is under View Options at the top of the screen….and then click on annotate.Select “TEXT”, select “FORMAT” to choose your text color, and then use your cursor to select where to put your text. The left side of your text box will appear where you click with your cursor. If you don’t like the placement of your text box just go down to the menu bar and select the eraser or the clear option.

Ahhh I misspelled my own role! How do you go back and edit once you click out of the text box?

I don't have it either.
