Amy and Everrette….can students come/entry and go/exit in the program at various spots?
Amy Farley
33:10
Great question Mark. We will talk about this more on the course sequence slide, but the program is designed to be a cohort-model with all students starting together and proceeding for 36 months.

Thank you…makes good sense
James McLeskey
44:20
How big is the cohort, more or less?
Everrett Smith
45:02
Hi James, 15-20 students per specialization
Everrett Smith

30-40 person cohort with admissions every other year

Tapping into OLi4 cohorts would be a great way to support district and school leaders interested in earning a doctorate, and to make districts across the state aware of the new Ed Leadership program once it’s launched.

Thanks Deb! We remain very excited about the potential of those PPCs to be transformative for us and for our partners.

You may have addressed this earlier (chasing my kids around the house)…when are the three articles expected to be done?
James McLeskey
47:40
We’ve found a bottleneck regarding cohorts with final product time hits (dissertation or articles). Very hard on faculty, overwhelming time demands at times.

48:20
Got it! Thank you.

That's a great point and helpful to hear. That's a concern for us and we anticipate that we can work through some of that- to what extent, we are unsure of..

One other thing—about 50% of our students complete their work in year 3, most complete during year 4.

This is groundbreaking work and we’re eagerly awaiting the completion of the program - the first in Ohio to prepare inclusive instructional and educational leaders. Thanks for doing this work Amy and Everrett!
