In our teams we have many of the high functioning characteristics. We are currently working on the data piece and using it to increase our impact.

Bob, I agree with you. Many of our teams just admire data and end meetings with no clear next steps. At our second DLT, we were able to look at our walk-thru data we determined that we needed more active student participation data, which brought us to our last DLT where we gave Anita Archer PD.
